Scope of services
Horizon Travels provides visa application assistance (documentation, drafting, review, submission and tracking), tour packages, flights & hotels, forex, and related travel concierge services.
We are not an embassy, consulate or government authority. We do not — and cannot — guarantee that any visa application will be approved. The decision rests solely with the issuing mission.
Fees & payments
- Horizon service fee is quoted upfront and is non-refundable once your file has been submitted to the embassy / VFS.
- Consulate / visa fees paid to embassies are refundable strictly per that embassy's policy — most missions do not refund visa fees once an application is lodged.
- Third-party costs (airline tickets, hotel bookings, insurance, courier) follow the cancellation terms of the respective supplier.
- All payments are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. GST is charged as applicable.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents.
- Submit documents on time so we can meet appointment and travel deadlines.
- Attend biometric, interview and VFS appointments as scheduled.
- Disclose any prior visa refusals, immigration history or pending legal matters.
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond intended travel.
Liability disclaimer
Horizon Travels is not liable for embassy or consulate decisions, including refusals, administrative processing delays, biometric appointment availability, or changes in visa policy by any government.
We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, missed appointments, denied boarding, flight cancellations, weather, strikes, force majeure, or any third-party supplier failure. Our maximum aggregate liability in any case is limited to the Horizon service fee actually paid by you for the affected service.
Tour package cancellations
If you cancel a confirmed tour package, the following charges apply on the total package value:
- 30 days or more before departure — 10% cancellation charge.
- 15 to 29 days before departure — 25% cancellation charge.
- 7 to 14 days before departure — 50% cancellation charge.
- Under 7 days before departure, or no-show — no refund.
Non-refundable third-party components (visa fees, non-refundable airfare, hotel cancellation penalties) are deducted in addition to the tier above. See our Refund Policy for details.
Forex disclaimer
Foreign-exchange rates shown on our website, WhatsApp or quotes are indicative and move with the market. The final rate is confirmed only at the time of booking and is locked once payment is received. All forex transactions are executed through RBI-licensed partners and are subject to LRS and FEMA regulations.
Intellectual property
The Horizon Travels name, logo, website design, content and curated itineraries are our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell or rebrand them without written permission.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
