What we handle for you.
Medical and emergency cover
Hospitalisation, evacuation and repatriation limits matched to your destination's real healthcare costs.
Trip cancellation and delay
Cover for cancellations, missed connections and delays — with the conditions explained in plain language.
Baggage and documents
Lost luggage, delayed baggage and passport loss, including the paperwork you'll need to actually claim.
Schengen-compliant policies
Schengen visas require minimum cover of €30,000 with specific wording. We make sure the certificate is accepted.
Pre-existing condition review
The most common claim rejection. We check the declaration wording with you rather than letting you tick a box blindly.

Questions we get most often.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
For Schengen countries, yes — a compliant policy is part of the visa file. For most other destinations it's optional but strongly advisable given overseas medical costs.
Can I buy it after booking flights?
Yes, but cancellation cover is most useful when bought close to booking. Medical cover can be added any time before departure.
Do you sell the policy yourself?
We arrange it through licensed insurers and explain the terms. The policy contract is always between you and the insurer.
